About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator (MCU) to join our international team and support the successful delivery of our Major Component Upgrade (MCU) operations. This role acts as a vital link between resource management and compliance, ensuring smooth mobilisation, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination of project activities across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Support the Resource Manager in planning and tracking MCU project activities.
- Maintain project documentation, including mobilisation plans, rosters, and progress reports.
- Monitor project timelines and escalate potential delays or resource gaps.
- Assist in validating delivery team composition and readiness for upcoming assignments.
- Coordinate travel and logistics for MCU personnel in collaboration with internal purchasing teams.
- Track resource availability, leave, training status and PPE to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure all onboarding and compliance documentation is collected, verified, and stored before deployment.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and operational spreadsheets.
- Liaise with compliance teams to address any gaps or issues promptly.
- Act as a point of contact for project-related queries from internal teams and contractors.
- Provide regular updates to the Resource Manager and other stakeholders on project status.
- Support customer reporting requirements as needed.
- Assist with timesheet and expense submissions for MCU personnel.
- Support invoice review and cost tracking for project-related expenses.
- Prepare basic reports on utilisation, costs, and compliance metrics.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent English language communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Familiarity with compliance processes and workforce coordination is an advantage.
