An industry leader in the energy sector is looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Manager to join their Client Management Team on a permanent basis.
The role is remote with expensed travel once per month to the site.
About the role:
Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of a high-profile construction project
Supporting the development of commercial strategies in line with the obligations of both the contractors and the client
Maintaining relationships with key contractors and the managing of any commercial issues
Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve performance
Supervising milestone payments and ensuring that they are administered correctly
What you will need:
Post-contract, claims & dispute experience
Experience in managing construction and engineering commercial contracts
Experience of claims management and dealing with contractual issues on complex, multi-package projects
Thermal gas turbine project experience (Desirable)
