Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. In this role you will play a key part in the commercial management of a £120M infrastructure scheme, part of Enfield Council’s £6Bn regeneration programme. The project includes site remediation, new roads, bridges, flood mitigation, utilities, and landscaped parkland. This is a high-profile civil engineering role where you’ll ensure strong cost control, risk management, and contract compliance.

 

What you will need

  • Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS on large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
  • Demonstrable skills in cost reporting, valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Ability to identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities effectively
