Rosyth
Rosyth is a small town in Fife, Scotland. The town sits in the Forth estuary on the east coast of Scotland between Edinburgh and Dundee.
Rosyth is one of the best shipbuilding towns in the UK with the first shipbuilding company in Rosyth being established in 1808. At the time, the area was known as the Dock of the River Forth, but with the town's expansion in the late 19th century, it became known as Rosyth.
Car and rail transport in Rosyth is well connected with the rest of Scotland and the UK. Rail access to Rosyth is via Dunfermline, with services running from Edinburgh and Glasgow. A ferry service operates between Rosyth and Zeebrugge in Belgium with regular sailings scheduled for both passengers and freight.
