Spotlight on: Project Bluejay

When one of Ireland’s largest contractors needed support recruiting specialist roles for their semiconductor super fabrication project, our experienced Advanced Facilities team were ready to help.

Expanding career opportunities

Currently in its construction stage in Kildare the new manufacturing facility is expected to cost over €4 billion. With in excess of 5,000 construction workers at peak.

By working in partnership with the contractors on site, NRL’s team are supporting recruitment for a large number of mechanical craft roles to help deliver the semiconductor project.

The site is one of the most technologically advanced manufacturing locations in Europe. Its expansion is the largest private investment ever made in the history of the Irish State and is also one of the largest projects in European history.

I very much appreciate the assistance that I received from NRL and from Debbie in particular over the past 3+ years. Any time I wanted advice or assistance, it was provided with professionalism and in a friendly and helpful manner. I hope to work with the team again in the near future.
