The HSE Advisor provides expert advice and guidance on the prevention, control and minimisation of risks to health, safety and the environment (HSE) in order to protect people and assets. The role of a HSE advisor in the engineering industry is a specialised job that requires great understanding of all types of engineering, as well as health & safety.

A HSE Advisor will need to have many skills, experience and formal qualifications to be successful in this role, such as knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, an ability to analyse problems effectively and a sound understanding of risk management. A HSE Advisor will typically hold a NEBOSH, IOSH or similar safety accreditation.

Glenrothes is a town and parish in the Kingdom of Fife, Scotland. It has a population of more than 35,000 people. It is located on the River Leven at its junction with the Forth and Clyde Canal at Leuchars. Glenrothes is best known for Glenrothes Castle, which was built in the late 1540s.
