Required skills for an Outage Planner include excellent organisational skills, detailed technical understanding, and proficiency in planning software tools such as Primavera P6. Typically, a degree in engineering or a related field is mandatory.

Prior experience as an Outage Planner is highly desirable. Companies look for candidates who have demonstrated experience in planning and managing outage schedules effectively within the engineering sector, along with a proven ability to mitigate potential risks associated with outages.

 

​Hexham

Hexham is a town and civil parish in Northumberland, England with a population of over 11,000 people. It is situated on the River South Tyne, and approximately 20 km from Newcastle upon Tyne and 35 km from Edinburgh. Hexham is well known for its cobbled streets and historic buildings, some of which date back to medieval times.
