​Falkirk

​Falkirk is a town in central Scotland, about 30 miles north of Edinburgh and 40 miles south-west of Glasgow. Falkirk is the main town in an area known as Central Scotland. Falkirk is well known for the award winning Scottish Aquatics Centre, which is used by Olympic athletes. It’s also home to one of Scotland’s leading football clubs, and has a strong connection with the local mining community.
