NRL are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to work with a client of ours on a 6-month contract. The role is based in London Bridge but will be a hybrid of both site-based and remote working.

 

Role Responsibilities:
  • Maintain databases and records as required by the Land and Consents team
  • Undertake document production as required
  • Co-ordinate meetings, agenda and minutes as required
  • Undertake email and diary management for the Land and Consents Director and Team if required
  • Coordinate information collection and dissemination across the team including for the Land and Consent Director’s reports
  • Develop reports and presentations as required including maintaining appropriate records
  • Maintain comprehensive records of key business decisions and document control as required
  • Make travel arrangements as required
  • Take responsibility of your own and others’ health and safety by adopting and working to our client’s Health and Safety principles.
  • Co-operate with our client in all matters relating to health and safety, including following safe working procedures at all times.
  • Act as a role model for our client’s vision and values, behaving in ways that are aligned with our client’s Ways of Working, as well as encouraging and supporting others to do so too.
  • Promote diversity in the workplace and adopt appropriate behaviour when interacting with colleagues
 

Role Requirements:
  • Strong communications and attention to detail skills (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft and other IT applications (essential)
  • At ease with, and having an appetite for, technological change (desirable)
  • Qualification in Business administration or related field (essential)
  • Membership of a relevant professional body (desirable)
  • Good Time management and organisational behaviours (essential)
  • Able to multi-task and strictly manage diaries
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Knowledge of general administrative procedures (desirable)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft and related IT packages
  • Office Administration practices and processes
  • Calendar management using electronic systems
  • Broad experience of working as admin assistant for a complex, safety focused and regulated organisation with multiple complex interfaces, and delivering to time budget and quality (essential)
