Our client are an Elecrical and Mechical contractor, working in the construction sector. The administrator will be required to:
Collate and input timesheets electronically
Raise and record purchase orders - training can be given on specific purchasing system
Electronically file engineering drawings on the document control system
Email drawings internally and externally
Assist with general administration for the engineering teams relating to Health and Safety, Quality and accounts and any other general administration required
The succesful candidate should:
Have previous administration experience and he able to work independently
Have excellent orgaisational skills
Be IT literate and proficient in MS Office
Ideally have used some sort of procumenent/purchasing software previously
Have a flexible approach to taking on new tasks
