NR are currently recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a client of ours, a leading supplier of industrial gases to work on a 12 month contract, based in Hersham.
Role Responsibilities:
Calendar Management including arranging meetings both internal and external.
Arrange and co-ordinate customer visits to Hersham including meeting arrangements, conference rooms, catering, dinner, taxi transfers.
Travel and visa management: arrange, co-ordinate and manage travel requirements including visas, flights, accommodation, transfers, in accordance with corporate travel guidelines and within project budget.
Maintain Task Force Organisation Chart, Roster and contact List.
Client and vendor correspondence.
Assist with onboarding of new Task Force members, including system access for Non-Person Accounts, SharePoint, MS365, LAN Access, project-specific access.
Stationery and Safety Equipment ordering.
Co-ordinate desk moves for team.
Ad hoc and one-off task for the project
