The role will require the successful candidates to handle telephone queries in line with set guidelines, complete assessments with callers over the phone, timekeeping, appointment allocation and the preparation and submission of associated paperwork to stakeholders.

- Previous Administration/Clerical experience

- Current security clearances would be advantageous
