Job Description:

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative assistance to various departments. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing post.

  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, and document preparation.

  • Maintaining accurate and compliant employee records.

  • CV preparation, ensuring formatting, content and presentation maximises the candidate’s chances of success.

  • Tracking employee timesheets and updating payroll records accordingly.

  • Submitting security clearance applications, conducting background checks and investigations to verify the information provided in applications.

  • Using Excel to create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for tracking and analysing data.

  • Collaborating with team members to gather and compile data for audits and compliance purposes.

  • Contribute to monthly branch meetings

  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by management.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
