What you will need
- Proven experience in programme or portfolio governance, programme controls or PMO within infrastructure, defence, nuclear or similarly regulated environments.
- Demonstrable ownership of a programme risk register, including scoring, mitigation planning and senior-level reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to engage and influence multiple teams and senior forums.
- SC clearance and sole UK nationality since birth (mandatory requirement).
- Ability to work hybrid, attending HMNB Clyde up to 2 days per week as required.
