Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager
- Pre and post contract commercial management of projects
- Assist with the growth and expansion of the new department
- To assist in procuring the supply chain
- Liaise closely with clients and will contribute to the development of client relationships
- To prepare and support negotiate and settle final accounts
- To ensure the timely submission of all relevant data required
- A relevant qualification in quantity surveying
- Experience of assisting the success of projects pre and post contract administration
- Experience of working for a specialist building services contractor is essential
- Technical knowledge of the construction industry
- Understanding of risk in the construction process
- Experience assisting live projects and concluding final accounts
- Highly motivated individual who would like to develop their career
- Ideally worked to NEC form of contract
- To live within the north west of England
