- Policies, processes, and procedures
- Undertake and/or support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns
- Actively support continual improvement activities to enhance business performance
- Attend and provide support/advice (where required) for meetings regarding project and business quality assurance
- Support Project portfolio in addressing client NCRs and complaints, ensuring the correct actions are implemented, resulting in client satisfaction
Auditing:
- Create and maintain the internal audit register and perform internal audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant ISO and client requirements
- Support supply chain audits when required
- Maintain data of all audit findings ensuring that these are acted upon to improve with the use of relevant software programmes
- Provide regular reports on progress, issues and challenges and actions
- Facilitate and manage inputs and outputs of external/3rd party audit and ensure timely resolution of supplier failures, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
Additional Tasks
- Be an active member of the SHE committee
- Support applications for awards e.g., ROSPA
- Formulate and manage own personal training plan and development activity in agreement with the Assurance Portfolio Lead
- Carry out such other tasks within the job holder's capability as requested
