About the role:
- To pre-commission and commission BMS including control panels (CP) that monitor and control mechanical and electrical systems
- Prove the interaction between the BMS control system and 3rd party equipment
- Read and understand Schedule of Deliverables, Interface Matrix, Network Architecture Drawings, Functional Design Specifications, Points Schedules, Technical submittals, RFI’s
- This work will be carried on construction sites and at factories manufacturing and supplying the equipment
- Ensure all relevant paperwork associated with the above is completed in line with the commissioning works that is undertaken
- Ensuring handover of fully operational BEMS Systems
- Electrical Engineering qualifications (full electrical apprenticeship or equivalent)
- Proven track record of delivering BMS systems
- Exceptional technical knowledge of BMS
- Experience working with BACNET and or Modbus
- Ability to understand system software and graphics
- Valid CSCS or ECS site card
- Capable of working in a high pressure and fast-moving environment
- Schneider, Honeywell and Tridium experience desirable, but not essential
