Administrative Support – Pembroke Power Station

Location: West Pennar, Pembroke SA71 5SS

Start Date: Immediate

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Fixed-Term)

Role Type: Secondment Backfill

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join our team at Pembroke Power Station, providing essential administrative support during a 12-month secondment period. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic operational environment within one of the UK’s leading energy providers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support across the site’s operations

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using SAP and Microsoft Office

  • Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders

  • Support the team with scheduling, reporting, and general office coordination

  • Uphold safety and business standards in line with RWE Values & Behaviours

  • Proven competence in Microsoft Office and SAP

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal abilities

  • Highly organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision
