A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Group Buyer to join the team based in Wynyard & Wallsend.
* Working as part of the team, the primary focus of this role will be to proactively manage the procurement of all materials for allocated projects nationally in line with the agreed procurement strategy, ensuring best value solutions for the business to meet the technical and delivery requirements of the project.
Working in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple contracts.
To be successful in the role you will have knowledge of procurement principles and commercial targets ideally along with strong experience within the marine, construction industry.
You will be able to confidently communicate with all stakeholders and build credible, lasting relationships, and have a good work ethic and the ability to work flexibly, independently and as part of team.
