Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high calibre service and support for survey, professional and contract administration service lines
- To support business objectives and our goal to maintain Performance Excellence for clients
- Being an active part of the building surveying team and working closely with senior managers, who will help you develop your client development skills and business acumen
- Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
- Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
- Ideally Chartered through either the RICS or CIOB
- Ability to successfully manage complex projects and assignments in a proactive and diligent manner
- Excellent report writing skills and ability to provide first class advice to clients
- Good professional skills, to be developed to an appropriate level as part of the role
- Excellent specification writing skills and detailed understanding of JCT/NEC Contracts
- Experience in CAD and or Revit design packages.
- Strong track record in contract administration of projects from inception to completion
- Track record of working with stakeholders
- Able to build long-term relationships
- Previously employed by a consultancy
- A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
- A team player, outgoing, friendly, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
- Full driving licence
