We are looking to recruit a Night Chef to undertake the duties for one of our major clients based in Edinburgh. The Chef duties are as follows:
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Overseeing other members of the catering team
- Manage food costing and inventory
- Maintaining standards for food storage
- Adhering to health regulations
- Chef
- Head Chef
- Chef de Partie
- Sous Chef
