We are looking to recruit Chefs to undertake the duties for one of our major clients based at a Military site in Northallerton. The Chef duties are as follows:
Preparing and cooking meals
Overseeing other members of the catering team
Manage food costing and inventory
Maintaining standards for food storage
Adhering to health regulations
To ensure all hand over procedures are completed
For this role you will be working 40 hours, 5 days a week. Our client is happy to review applicants with experience in one of the following roles:
Chef
Head Chef
Chef de Partie
Sous Chef
Applicants must have one of the following qualifications or equivalent:
BSC (Catering), MHCIM, HND, City & Guilds 706/1 and 2, NVQ level 2 and 3
Knowledge of health and safety
CIEH level 2 qualification or equivalent
