Key Accountabilities will include:
- Accountability for driving clear strategy on operational delivery, customer engagement, commercial excellence, winning work and repeat business, PLT portfolio development, people training, succession and development
- Using sound planning and project management skills to deliver multiple and complex commitment and objectives and consistently use financial levers to grow profitability for the portfolio and business unit
- Actively engage with all internal and external stakeholders adapting personal style to suit the needs of individuals and the team
- Regularly review, provide guidance and challenge on strategic (project) and business unit objectives
- Ensure that the commercial function within the business unit effectively supports the operational teams in the implementation of H&S policies.
