About the role:
Maintain the Consultation deliverables production programme;
- Work closely with the Consultation PM, Consultation Manager, Consultation Lead, Consultation Specialist(s), External Affairs, Project Controls, Document Control and Graphic Design teams as/when required
- Build relationships with deliverables Owners, Authors and Reviewers
- Ensure the appropriate Assurance process is followed at all deliverables production stages
- Coordinate with Authors and Reviewers to ensure documents’ status sheets/comment sheets are kept up to date and reflect the audit for governance and review processes
- Build an interactive deliverables production tracker (excel and / or Power BI) as one of the main tools to manage the production and delivery of the Consultation products
- Generate automated reporting dashboards
- Prepare visual management outputs to allow for the efficient identification and management of production risks and blockers as appropriate
- Produce training material on how to use the deliverables tracker to support the consistent and correct application and implementation of the tool by the project team
- Support in the delivery of the consideration process around Supp Con and any further consultation
- Support Reviewers to plan their resourcing
- To deliver parent company programme governance requirements as required
- To consider programme legacy and in all decision making in the same way as cost, risk and time
- To look for ways to encourage innovative thinking around how to improve legacy benefits
Preference with project management background and experience using excel and BIM360
