NRL are currently recruiting on behalf of an engineering consultancy that is currently supporting the Lower Thames Crossing project. They are looking for 3 Consultation Production Managers for work on a 6 month contract basis initially. The office’s are typically based in Aldgate, London, with remote working currently being implemented.

About the role:

Maintain the Consultation deliverables production programme;
  • Work closely with the Consultation PM, Consultation Manager, Consultation Lead, Consultation Specialist(s), External Affairs, Project Controls, Document Control and Graphic Design teams as/when required
  • Build relationships with deliverables Owners, Authors and Reviewers
  • Ensure the appropriate Assurance process is followed at all deliverables production stages
  • Coordinate with Authors and Reviewers to ensure documents’ status sheets/comment sheets are kept up to date and reflect the audit for governance and review processes
  • Build an interactive deliverables production tracker (excel and / or Power BI) as one of the main tools to manage the production and delivery of the Consultation products
  • Generate automated reporting dashboards
  • Prepare visual management outputs to allow for the efficient identification and management of production risks and blockers as appropriate
  • Produce training material on how to use the deliverables tracker to support the consistent and correct application and implementation of the tool by the project team
  • Support in the delivery of the consideration process around Supp Con and any further consultation
  • Support Reviewers to plan their resourcing
  • To deliver parent company programme governance requirements as required
  • To consider programme legacy and in all decision making in the same way as cost, risk and time
  • To look for ways to encourage innovative thinking around how to improve legacy benefits
