About the role:
- Taking calls and booking appointments
- Running through medical questionnaires with employees
- Working to Service Level Agreements and being mindful of GDPR legislation.
- Providing friendly customer service over the phone.
- General administration – using Microsoft excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Filing, photocopying and other duties as and when required.
- Candidates must have previous experience within a similar role.
