One of our clients within the Construction Industry are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to work on a continuous contract over in Leicester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receipt of customer orders and accurate input onto the system
- Ensuring customer service aspects of SLA are met
- Proactively controlling and influencing the service relationship with customers based on a full understanding of their needs and requirements
- GCSE English, Minimum C or Grade 4
- Customer Service experience
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
