Customer Service Administrator

One of our clients within the Construction Industry are looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to work on a continuous contract over in Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receipt of customer orders and accurate input onto the system
  • Ensuring customer service aspects of SLA are met
  • Proactively controlling and influencing the service relationship with customers based on a full understanding of their needs and requirements
What you will need:
  • GCSE English, Minimum C or Grade 4
  • Customer Service experience
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer knowledge
