- You will be dealing with calls and queries and updating the company system.
- Reception duties
- Working to Service Level Agreements and being mindful of GDPR legislation.
- Providing friendly customer service over the phone.
- General administration – using Microsoft excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Filing, photocopying and other duties as and when required.
- Calling workers to run through health questionnaire and booking in appointments.
- Candidates must have previous experience within a similar role.
