Our client who is the UK's leading sustainable construction materials, road contracting and building products business is currently on the look out for a Customer service co-ordinator in their Bristol office.
About the role:
- The receipt of customer orders and accurate input of orders into our system
- Monitoring the progress of quoted works
- Working closely with the Fleet and Capacity planners to ensure customers are kept informed at all times allowing us to plan our fleet to meet relevant commercial demands
- E-mail orders and liaise with other team members regarding customer orders
- An excellent telephone manner
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Office)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Long term contract
