We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of our client in the building industry, to join their friendly team based in their Hendy Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- The receipt of customer orders and accurate input of orders into our system
- Monitoring the progress of quoted works
- Working closely with the Fleet and Capacity planners to ensure customers are kept always informed allowing us to plan our fleet to meet relevant commercial demands
- E-mail orders and liaise with other team members regarding customer orders
- Always adhere to site Health and Safety policy and procedures
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience within a fast-paced environment
- An excellent telephone manner
- Computer skills, answering emails, (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
- Competitive hourly rate
- ASAP Start
- Contract until April 2022
