Customer Service Coordinator – Bristol

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of our client in the building industry, to join their friendly team based in their Hendy Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The receipt of customer orders and accurate input of orders into our system
  • Monitoring the progress of quoted works
  • Working closely with the Fleet and Capacity planners to ensure customers are kept always informed allowing us to plan our fleet to meet relevant commercial demands
  • E-mail orders and liaise with other team members regarding customer orders
  • Always adhere to site Health and Safety policy and procedures
What you will need:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced environment
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Computer skills, answering emails, (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
