What will our Teesside Divisional Manager do?
Have the ability to combine business development activity with recruitment search and selection, to help develop the region’s client base. To do this you’ll be supported by the wider NRL Group.
Business planning using local market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
Progressing and converting sales leads within NRL’s core engineering sectors.
Regular attendance of client meetings, networking events and site representation to nurture stakeholder relationships.
Commercial negotiations.
Generating revenue in line with targets.
Raising NRL’s profile in the region by working in partnership with our Marketing team.
