NRL are currently recruiting for a Document Controller in Devonport Plymouth working as part of a small team in a project-based environment. This role will be based both onsite and off-site. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a valued team where no two days are the same. A positive and pro-active approach is essential for this role
Role Responsibilities:
The role will be working for Project Managers and their teams to provide administrative and document controller support to the various projects within 8 Dk.
General duties will include but are not limited to:-
Assisting with project information/data packs for the teams
Uploading documents to Vault/CDMS incl. populating the metadata
Collating documents associated with packages for communication to signatories for sign off and latterly upload to records
Management of various records
Supporting the Project Manager with progressing the coordination of handover documentation for sign off by signatories
Diary management as and when required
General administrative support to the various teams
Arranging travel as and when required
Archiving documents – paper and electronic
Ensure procedural documentation remains in date and valid
Role Requirements:
Knowledge of company procedures within an office environment

Excellent interpersonal skills
Required:
GCSE in English and Maths at grade C or equivalent
NVQ L2 in Business and Administration or equivalent
