An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Technical Administrator for 12 months at Lynemouth Power Station in Ashington. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Head of Technical Governance, the key responsibilities and duties will include:-
  • Maintaining control of drawing and technical documentation databases and ensuring they are maintained up to date for access by all staff on site
  • Reviewing existing legacy and new documentation where appropriate ensuring that it is added to the databases and scanned into electronic format where appropriate
  • Developing processes to ensure all technical documentation is controlled effectively as it comes into the Power Station processes
  • Reviewing technical drawings and liaise with Draftsmen and 3rd party support in updating with respect to legibility
  • Supporting LPL in their aim to ensure all changes to site equipment are effectively documented and that all supporting documentation is updated into the document control systems, with special attention to LTR update and maintenance
  • Supporting in ensuring that safety and process safety meeting records are maintained
  • Supporting in the expediting of safety and process safety actions working to their timely conclusion
