Electrical Contracts Manager - Leeds

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Electrical Contracts Manager to join a successful provider of fitout, refurbishment, M&E, facilities management and construction services.

About the role
We require an Electrical Contracts Manager for our M&E division based from our Leeds office.
The ability to plan and monitor project delivery along with impeccable people management skills are just some of the skills needed to bring this job to life.
The role will assume overall responsibility for the management of a number of contracts (or a high-volume contract/s).
Managing multiple projects at any one time, with core time management, technical, planning and communication skills
Working in support of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for managing contracts’ finances and budgets as well as the procurement and management of sub-contractors.

What you will need

3-5 years’ experience within an Electrical environment
Ideally experience in the Retail Banking Sector however retail experience will also be considered
Experience in running large contracts with values ranging from £250k - £5m.
Design and build and construction knowledge will be advantageous
Asta Power Project or MS Project programming skills is essential.
Leadership, strong interpersonal credibility
Hold a valid driving licence
Willingness to travel and be based on site as and when the job requires.
IT literate in word and excel (at advanced level)
Relevant Building Services qualifications
CSCS Card and have relevant H&S qualifications for the position (SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Warden, Scaffolding Inspection)
