HSE Engineer – Kingston upon Thames

About the Role:
We’re hiring an HSE Engineer to join our clients growing team supporting the BP NEP / NZT Carbon Capture Project and future energy transition projects. This is an office-based role (not site-based), focused heavily on auditing, compliance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage subcontractor HSE documentation and supplier registers
Develop and maintain project HSE deliverables
Lead risk assessments and HSE readiness reviews
Conduct internal audits and lead investigations
Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory HSE requirements
Support and coordinate the Country Emergency Response Team
What We’re Looking For
Education: Degree-level qualification + NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification
Experience: 2–4 years with an IMCA contractor
Certifications: Auditor and investigation certification
Knowledge: Strong understanding of IOGP and IMCA standards
Bonus: Maritime or offshore experience
