Technical Administrator

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Administrator to support our Engineering client in Renfrew. The contract will be for 3 months initially, with potential for extension.

About the role: 

  • Maintaining and updating the dosimetry service database

  • Producing the Annual Return that is submitted to Central Index of Dosage Information (CIDI)

  • Monitoring the medical expiry dates for our Classified Workers

  • Liaising with our OH&W Provider and other HSE Approved Doctors to arrange IRR medicals

  • Producing HSE Health Records and Dose & Absence information prior to each IRR medical

  • Updating Radiation Passbooks with quarterly updates

  • Recording monthly dose information received from site / other approved Dosimetry Services for our Classified and Non-Classified Workers in ADS40

  • Adding new records to ADS40 for new Classified and Non-Classified Workers

  • Running monthly reports from ADS40 on cumulative dose information for our Classified and Non-Classified Workers

  • Checking the accuracy of this information and highlighting any areas of concern

  • Submitting the monthly dose reports to the Radiation Safety Manager for review and sign off

  • Issuing the monthly dose reports to site management

  • Provide cover for the Occupational Health Administrator as require

What you will need:

  • Proven administrative skills, including data entry, record keeping, and report production.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive information.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.

  • Effective communication skills, with experience liaising with colleagues, contractors, and external providers.
