A multi-award-winning building services contractor has an exciting opportunity for a HVAC Estimator to join their business in the North East of England
About the Role:
- The estimator will be responsible for pricing up HVAC/ductwork building services packages up to £5 million within the commercial and light industrial sectors
- Appraising tender documents, preparing sub-contract and material enquiries
- Producing bills of quantities
- Risk and value management
- To help continue the company’s growth the estimator will work on a range of building services projects and contribute to their success
- The estimator will have a continuous workflow supported by the company’s diverse client base and healthy order book
- Valuable experience working as a HVAC/ductwork estimator for a Mechanical building services contractor or with a specialist sub-contractor
- Higher national qualification in a HVAC building services or related discipline as a minimum
- Worked on projects valued similar to the values mentioned above
- Must come from a construction background and have industry knowledge
- Ideally have worked within the healthcare or similar sector
- Successful applicants will have an innovative approach to work and will be motivated to contribute to the growth of the company
- To be computer literate and high attention to detail
- Must live in the North East of England
