About the role:
- Super user for Relatics (interface tool), to provide user account management, training support/briefings, functionality/configuration testing
- Relatics reporting, KPIs, data checks; Provide support to Project Engineering, Environment and Management colleagues for interface agreements/meetings
- Assist with resolution of escalated interfaces
- Maintain register of SMEs and interface parties for Phase 2a; Management of interface scope change in accordance with HS2 process
- Assist with the management of Phase 2a interface risks and reporting
- Facilitate interface management for P2a with internal & external stakeholders.
- Experience of facilitating interface identification and agreement under a management process is required
- Previous experience in a similar position
