Your journey with NRL will begin with:
- Candidate sourcing to fulfil client requirements, primarily across Ireland, Europe, and MENA regions.
- Account management and development of key customer relationships.
- Building a strong understanding of market conditions within your sector(s).
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for your portfolio of clients.
- Engaging candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, telephone, and email.
- Supporting the development of our CRM database in key markets.
- Coordinating and arranging interviews.
- Ensuring compliance with our robust procedures.
- Maintaining excellent CRM system utilisation.

Essential:
- Proven recruitment experience, including direct sourcing of candidates
- Strong account management skills with the ability to liaise, nurture, and grow relationships with external clients and customers
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, including supporting UK teams during peak workloads
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- A genuine desire to learn and develop professionally
Desirable:
- Previous experience in international recruitment
- Secondary language skills, particularly European languages, are highly advantageous
