NRL are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our International Recruitment Team in Woking. This role focuses on servicing long-established clients within the Energy, Advanced Facilities (Life Sciences & Data Centres), and Infrastructure sectors.
You’ll be part of an established team with a strong existing client base. Once you’re familiar with our business and delivery standards, we encourage individuals who are keen to develop their business development skills and take ownership of growth opportunities.
 
Your journey with NRL will begin with:
  • Candidate sourcing to fulfil client requirements, primarily across Ireland, Europe, and MENA regions.
  • Account management and development of key customer relationships.
  • Building a strong understanding of market conditions within your sector(s).
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for your portfolio of clients.
  • Engaging candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, telephone, and email.
  • Supporting the development of our CRM database in key markets.
  • Coordinating and arranging interviews.
  • Ensuring compliance with our robust procedures.
  • Maintaining excellent CRM system utilisation.

Essential:
  • Proven recruitment experience, including direct sourcing of candidates
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to liaise, nurture, and grow relationships with external clients and customers
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, including supporting UK teams during peak workloads
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
  • A genuine desire to learn and develop professionally
 
Desirable:
  • Previous experience in international recruitment
  • Secondary language skills, particularly European languages, are highly advantageous
