Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Duration: Minimum 8 months (project expected to run up to 2 years)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
On-site: 5 days per week in Leatherhead office
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior Administrator to support a busy project team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to a long-term project with a leading organisation.
You’ll be a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a similar admin role is desirable, especially within a project or corporate environment.

- Microsoft Word & Excel
- SharePoint
- DocuSign
- Organise meeting rooms and catering
- Coordinate project seating requirements
- Assist with onboarding new starters
- Issue project correspondence and maintain relevant registers
- Arrange access for new starters and visitors
- Liaise with IT to resolve issues and set up IT for new starters
- Organise business travel
- Maintain project admin registers to support the Project Secretary
