On behalf of our client, Nrl Recruitment are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator for a role based in the Worcester area.

Location: Worcester
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Work Schedule: 39 hours per week. Monday – Thursday: 7am – 3:30pm. Friday: 7am - 2pm. Possible weekend work and overtime. Full-time on-site.
Overtime Allowance: 150% on Saturday, 200% for Sunday
Inside IR35
Key Requirements:
- Experience in EHS Management is advantageous, but not essential.
- Engineering background is beneficial.
- Proven proficiency in IT skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of reliability and commitment.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Experience in coordinating activities.
