NRL are currently working with a M&E Contractor looking for a Permanent M&E Quantity Surveyor based in Glasgow.
The role:
You will have responsibility for the checking and agreement of contract documents, managing risk, controlling cost & value and assisting in the procurement of sub-contractors. Monthly CVR Reporting to senior management and compliance with monthly timetabled duties. Working from clients base in the Greater Glasgow area you may have occasion to travel to and attend site through Central Scotland.
Essential experience:
Have a proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor on M&E projects
Degree or Higher National educated in Quantity Surveying or alternatively an M&E technical background is desired.
Comfortable working on projects from £200k up to £5 million in value
Driving license essential for this role
