Nrl are currently involved in a recruitment campaign with Cavendish Nuclear. They are seeking both Mechanical and EC&I Engineers at various levels to work on a number of projects. These will be contract requirements based in either Warrington or at Sellafield, inside IR35.

About The Campaign:
We have a few specific areas we are looking to support:
  • Nuclear Remediation – developing solutions for equipment removal and clean-up, including the management of waste and dismantling plans.
  • Ventilation System Support.
  • Front End Mechanical and EC&I Design, potentially also including design for manufacturing.
  • HV, LV, ELV and building services etc
What You Will Need:
Essential:
  • Engineering degree (or equivalent qualification) in relevant engineering discipline, with significant demonstrable experience
  • Experience in working collaboratively in multi-discipline teams to deliver activities on a range of project types
  • Demonstrable experience in covering a variety of tasks
  • Communications skills and the ability to interface with other disciplines
Desirable:
  • Chartered Status or actively working toward Chartered Status
  • Member of relevant institute or significant demonstrable engineering experience and capable of registration with the Engineering Council
  • Experience in managing engineering scope for Projects from concept design to full Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)
  • Breadth and depth of experience in a range of commercial or defence projects
