About the role:
- The Mechanical Project Engineer will help develop the building services design from client specifications on a variety of critical infrastructure projects
- Cover the concept, specification, tender and development of new projects and their components
- Work alongside the design team taking the schemes through to construction and commissioning
- Attend meetings with clients and third parties
- Creation of technical documentation and reports
What you will need:
- You will have held a similar role with a recognised mechanical contractor
- Have a working knowledge of mechanical building services, HVAC, ductwork and piping systems
- Be capable of working in a fast-paced live environment
- Proven experience of producing your own programs and cost plans
- Experience in a critical system environment such pharmaceutical preferable but not essential
- Must be based in the North East of England
