We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Supervisor to join the team within the North East to support the construction of an advanced car battery gigafactory in Sunderland. With a strong pipeline of work our client is able to offer these roles on a permanent basis. Building Services background
Time served HVAC/Pipefitter
Experience working as a Chargehand/Supervisor
Reporting into the Project Manager, this role will be accountable for delivery of the mechanical elements of the project and provide the resources required for natural growth in the region.
Duties will include:
Primarily Supervision and Management of Ventilation and Process Ventialtion Sub Contractors
Support Project Manager / Site Engineers with project budget and costs are managed effectively
Desired:
Process and or LEV/VOC ventilation systems experience
Required Experience:
Relevant mechanical qualification…. i.e.. SMSTS certification and Gold Skillscard CSCS
Adapts to flexible and changing schedules
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize multiple business unit needs, tasks, projects, and demands
