What you will need:
- Educated to a level that allows further training and professional development.
- Experience in highway inspections, street scene enforcement, or infrastructure management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with colleagues, the public, and stakeholders.
- Ability to record, analyse, and report data accurately to support maintenance and performance targets.
- Knowledge of legislation and guidelines such as the Highways Act 1980, Environmental Protection Act 1990, and New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.
