NRL are on the lookout for a Nuclear Safety Assessor to join our client on a permanent basis over in Capenhurst.
Our client is a major global player in the nuclear industry operating on a UK nuclear licensed site specialising in safe, cost effective and reliable uranium enrichment services.
Key Responsibilities:
The role of the Nuclear Safety Assessor is to write Radiological/ Chemotoxic safety assessments to cost, time and quality, complying with the companies’ standards and industry best practice. Working on active facilities to support our dynamic business, they are to review and understand assessments produced by others to provide advice to the wider business on the detailed content of safety cases on site.
What you will need:
- Degree qualified in either Engineering, Science or Mathematics
- Ideallya minimum of 4 years’ experience in Radiological (or Chemotoxic) Safety Assessments
- Have good analytical and communication skills and able to work in a team.
