You will be working for an award winning building services contractor.
Job Role -
- Responsible for pricing up electrical building services packages up to £5 million within the commercial and light industrial sectors.
- Appraising tender documents, preparing sub-contract and material enquiries.
- Producing bills of quantities
- Risk and Value Management
What the candidate needs -
- Experience working as building services estimator for a national/regional builder on similar valued projects as above.
- Construction Background
- Healthcare industry experience is helpful but not essential
- Innovative approach and good motivation
- Computer literate
- Reside in NE England
