Duties will include:
Produce and verify initial WTG, transmission and balance of plant service plans and sequences
Support set up of service contracts to ensure contractor planning and maintenance history requirements are captured, understood and delivered
Maintain and follow up pre-operations activity plan
Ensure bundling of work scope is considered in all aspects of planning set up
Responsible for organisation of all planned and corrective work, and the follow up of SWA Service Provider’s scheduling during WTG warranty period
Responsible for producing 5-year Master Plan, 1-year Operations Plan and 2-week Work Order Plan
Responsible for creation of operational framing conditions for each shift to go alongside the Work Order plan
Lead the planning meetings, ensuring all relevant work processes are followed, resource is in place to carry out the work and all work has relevant supporting RAMS
Ensure work planning, maintenance and safety information is high quality, with timely processing and follow up of due dates within corporate IT systems in line with management system processes
Collaborate with the asset O&M engineers to support the operation and maintenance of all wind farm assets.
Qualifications:
Experience of planning, scheduling and/or maintenance activities
HNC/HND in a technology discipline or similar
Project Management qualification an advantage
Utilisation of SAP preferred
Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications
Fluent English oral and writing
Previous experience of using Safran advantageous

Can support and contribute to a diverse and dynamic team
Have the ability to understand and collaborate in delivering on both internal and external needs.
Proficient oral and written communications skills; with ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and support functions.
Open minded to furthering knowledge and experience base.
Live near Port of Tyne or be willing to move to the area.
Be prepared to do short term business travels domestically and internationally if required.
