What you’ll do:
- Lead the design and delivery of temporary works and scaffold solutions on high-profile civil infrastructure projects.
- Ensure all designs meet safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop practical and innovative engineering solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence.
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status, or actively pursuing it.
- Proven experience in scaffold and temporary works design, with strong knowledge of TG20:21, SG4:22, and BS EN 12811.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools such as STAAD Pro or Tekla Tedds.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, CDM regulations, and on-site constraints.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
