Procurement Administrator - Lakeside
An industry leader in the energy industry is looking to recruit an experienced Procurement Administrator to join their team at Lakeside, Portsmouth, on an initial 6-month basis. This will be a full-time requirement, working 37.5 hours per week.
About the role:
Procuring and purchasing Software Licensing and Support Contracts
Assisting in the procurement for IT
Engaging with IT Sourcing Managers to establish procurement processes for key contracts
Maintaining and updating supporting documentation including policy documents, user guides, process, workflows, and contract details
What you will need:
Practical understanding of software licensing
Able to take responsibility
Good attention to detail
Good Communication
Good telephone manner and inter-personal skills.
An ability to analyse, present information and provide recommendations
Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
Ability to delegate and prioritise workload off your own initiative.
Ability to build effective relationships
Sound understanding of IT Management processes
Able to work effectively with multiple priorities and deadlines
