Procurement Administrator - Lakeside

An industry leader in the energy industry is looking to recruit an experienced Procurement Administrator to join their team at Lakeside, Portsmouth, on an initial 6-month basis. This will be a full-time requirement, working 37.5 hours per week.

About the role:

  • Procuring and purchasing Software Licensing and Support Contracts

  • Assisting in the procurement for IT

  • Engaging with IT Sourcing Managers to establish procurement processes for key contracts

  • Maintaining and updating supporting documentation including policy documents, user guides, process, workflows, and contract details

What you will need:

  • Practical understanding of software licensing

  • Able to take responsibility

  • Good attention to detail

  • Good Communication

  • Good telephone manner and inter-personal skills.

  • An ability to analyse, present information and provide recommendations

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)

  • Ability to delegate and prioritise workload off your own initiative.

  • Ability to build effective relationships

  • Sound understanding of IT Management processes

  • Able to work effectively with multiple priorities and deadlines
